In addition to the actual web site design, we can set a maintenance agreement that suites your needs to keep your web site up to date. For example, depending on the size of the site and the need for continuous updates, we will allocate a set amount of hours per month for a set fee for a period of time. • Maintenance is based on an hourly rate of $60 per hour.
• Maintenance is rounded to the nearest ½ hour.
• 5 business day turnaround time on updates.
• All updates must be in writing and email to info@mdvdesign.com on company update submission forms. This is to ensure accuracy of communication of updates. The maintenance hours will be verified then emailed back for verification and approval before any work is started.
• All maintenance agreements are based on semi-annual contracts and are to be paid upon receipt of invoice.
• Billing period will be on a monthly basis and invoiced on the last business day of that particular month.
